RAM options include 4 GB, 6 GB and up to 8 GB (or higher via virtual RAM expansion in some markets). The model you asked about is the 6 GB RAM variant paired with 128 GB of internal storage.
Storage is 128 GB (also 256 GB variant exists) using UFS 2.2 type memory in certain markets.
The operating system out of the box is Android 14, with itel’s “Pure OS 14.5” custom interface.

Battery & Charging
Battery capacity is 5,200 mAh non-removable.
It supports 18 W fast charging via USB-C in many regions.

Connectivity & Features
It supports 4G LTE connectivity (no 5G listed).
Other connectivity includes Wi-Fi (standard), Bluetooth (likely Bluetooth 5.0), GPS, USB Type-C port, 3.5 mm headphone jack is present in many markets.
Sensors: side-mounted fingerprint reader, face unlock, accelerometer, proximity sensor.
Additional features include budget-class extras such as virtual RAM extension, and sometimes unique region-specific features (for example “Dynamic Bar 2.0” notification feature in certain markets).

Strengths & Trade-offs
Strong points: large battery, higher than typical refresh rate for budget class (90Hz), modern OS (Android 14), generous storage (128 GB) in this price segment, decent performance chipset for everyday tasks.
Trade-offs: the screen resolution is still HD+ rather than Full HD, only one rear camera (no ultra-wide/depth), mono speaker in many cases, 4G only (no 5G). In low light the camera performance will likely be basic.
